Refund policy
At Sassy @ Home, due to the nature of our products — fresh roasted coffee beans and ground coffee — we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and food safety reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we will always make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at athome@thesassycoffeecompany.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
